  • Subscription Plans:
    • Users can request a refund for subscription plans (Starter, Business, Pro) within 14 days of the initial purchase if they have not utilized any premium features, including:
      • Listing products or services.
      • Accessing AI tools.
      • Enrolling in courses or participating in events.
  • Digital Products:
    • Refunds for digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates) are eligible only if:
      • The product was not downloaded or accessed.
      • There was a technical issue that FirePrenair could not resolve.
  • Services:
    • Refunds for services (e.g., WorkPrenair projects) are available only if:
      • The service was not delivered as described.
      • The freelancer failed to meet agreed-upon deadlines or quality standards.
  • Events:
    • Refunds for networking or educational events are eligible if:
      • The event was canceled by FirePrenair.
      • The user was unable to attend due to technical issues caused by FirePrenair.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services or projects.
  • Subscription renewals if the cancellation request was not submitted before the renewal date.
  • Custom services or products specifically tailored for the buyer.
  • Promotional offers or discounts.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Submit a Refund Request Form:
    • Go to the “Refund Requests” section in your account.
    • Provide details about the purchase, including:
      • Transaction ID.
      • Date of purchase.
      • Reason for the refund request.
  • Verification and Review: FirePrenair will review the request and verify the transaction details within 7 business days.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Notification: Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a service or subscription was partially used, FirePrenair may provide a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the service.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. FirePrenair supports refunds through:

  • Credit/Debit Cards.
  • PayPal.
  • Bank Transfers (where applicable).

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Direct Resolution: FirePrenair encourages users to resolve issues directly through our support team before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment processors.
  • Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.
