4. FirePrenair’s Response to DMCA Notices

• Counter-Notification Process:
  • Identification of the material that was removed.
  • A statement of good faith that the material was mistakenly removed.

• Restoration of Content: If a valid Counter-Notification is received and no legal action is initiated by the original complainant within 10 business days, the content may be restored.
