Introduction
At Fireprenair we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do
the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our commitment to
addressing copyright infringement concerns and how we handle related matters.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our ecosystem, please
follow our DMCA notification process:
1. Provide a Notice
To file a DMCA notice, please send a written communication that includes the following
information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of
infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as
an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner
complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of
perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that
is allegedly infringed.
2. Action Taken
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material of the copyright infringement claim.
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or
misidentification, you can file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please send
a written communication that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where
the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the
material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the
judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in
[Your Jurisdiction], if your address is outside of the United States).
Please send the counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the address provided
above.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will also
consider and respond to valid counter-notifications submitted by users accused of copyright
infringement.
